Position: Assistant Manager  

Location: Troy Tasting Room  

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Manager in daily operations, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.
• Lead wine tastings and events, driving sales of our premium wines and merchandise.
• Foster a positive team environment, coaching and mentoring staff to excel.
• Infuse creativity into merchandising displays and promotions, making our tasting room a destination.
• Engage with customers, sharing your passion for wine and delivering exceptional service.
• Assist in planning and executing exciting wine events for our community.

What You Bring:

• A zest for creativity and enthusiasm to elevate our business.
• Stellar sales skills paired with a knack for leadership.
• Weekend and holiday availability (because wine doesn't take days off!).
• Excellent communication skills and a love for public speaking.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
