Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of a Sergeant, performs maintenance related duties, maintains overall cleanliness of the facilities. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Sweep and clear exterior walkways/steps. Remove trash and debris from parking lot and paved areas. Perform custodial duties: vacuuming carpets/rugs, sweeping/mopping/waxing floors, emptying waste receptacles and shredder, washing windows, cleaning/dusting/polishing work stations, desks, tables, counter tops, shelves, electronic equipment, window blinds, light fixtures, and file cabinets. Clean all rest rooms and break room. Assist with inventory and ordering of all janitorial supplies.

Working Conditions

This position works a maximum of 40 hours per month.
