Duties

•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
•Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
•Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and care
•Maintain customer records by updating account information
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
•Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team

Requirements

•Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•Comfortable using customer support software and technology
•Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
•Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
