Work Hours   : Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm 
Timezone   : CST
Pay Range   : USD 800 - 1,300/per month + commission ​​​​(The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with prospective candidates, assessing their skills, career goals, and alignment with client role requirements.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct resume reviews, screenings, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet the qualifications and expectations of the client roles.
  • Collaboration with Clients: Work closely with client partners to understand their talent needs and ensure recruitment outcomes align with their specific requirements.
  • Interview Coordination & Onboarding : Facilitate interview scheduling, prepare candidates, and support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions across various time zones and regions.
  • Recruitment Strategy Optimization : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to continuously optimize global recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure transparent communication and deliver a cohesive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Industry Best Practices : Stay updated on global recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations to maintain compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.


Minimum Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in recruitment or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, people support, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate quality aligned with client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in recruitment management tools (e.g., RCRM, Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with strong time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
