We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and contribute to the design, execution, and evaluation of programs aimed at developing internal and client-facing leadership talent. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about strategic growth and leadership performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership development programs, workshops, and training initiatives

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and leadership best practices

  • Support performance tracking, program assessments, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align leadership goals with organizational strategy

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and learning materials for internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide logistical coordination and administrative support for leadership events and engagements

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or a related role

  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment

  • Familiarity with learning and development methodologies and tools

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and professional growth
