Summary
As a Listing Agent, you’ll focus on generating and converting listing opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll plug into our lead sources, tech tools, and proven business models to build a scalable, sustainable business. Our team provides consistent training, accountability, and full-service support so you can focus on clients and production.
Important: This is a commission-only position
Responsibilities
Prospect daily for new listing opportunities using team-provided and personal lead sources.
Conduct listing consultations and secure signed agreements with sellers.
Price and market properties using team-provided data, tools, and marketing resources.
Host open houses and listing-focused events to generate buyer and seller leads.
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal results.
Maintain active communication with clients throughout the listing process.
Input, update, and track activities in our CRM and Brivity system.
Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings to stay sharp.
Qualifications
Active CA real estate license (required before joining, not to apply).
Minimum 1–2 years of residential real estate experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in securing and closing listing transactions.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Tech savvy, with experience using CRM systems and MLS.
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
