Plan, coordinate, and execute live fundraising events, community tabling activations, awareness campaigns, and donor drives
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and passion at public and community events
Engage donors and attendees one-on-one to foster relationships and boost fundraising results
Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to streamline event logistics and maximize outreach success
Create and manage event materials including signage, flyers, talking points, and donation forms
Track, analyze, and report on event outcomes such as donations, sign-ups, and participant feedback
Support grassroots initiatives by working alongside community organizers and nonprofit leaders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident, compassionate public speaker
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable engaging diverse audiences in fast-paced, face-to-face public environments
Deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-led change
Previous experience in nonprofit event coordination, fundraising, or community outreach is a plus
