Mortgage Advisor (Training Provided)
Full-Time | Commission-Based | Licensing (Pre-Employment) & Training Included
Job Summary:

This is a full-time, commission-based role with no prior experience required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support.   • Advise and guide clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing, providing clear, consistent communication and support at each step
  • Assess borrowers’ financial profiles—income, credit, assets, liabilities—to recommend loan products aligned with their goals and qualifications
  • Educate clients on mortgage programs, rates, terms, and the homebuying process to support informed decisions
  • Conduct consultations to evaluate borrower needs, establish trust, and move qualified leads forward
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and building relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and attorneys
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow-up using CRM and marketing tools
  • Collect and review borrower documentation to ensure file accuracy and completeness in accordance with lending guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant loan closings
  • Stay current on market trends, lending products, and industry regulations to deliver knowledgeable and relevant advice
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen sales, finance, and product knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain NMLS license (company provides training and support prior to employment)
  • Strong drive to succeed in a competitive, performance-based environment
  • Passion for helping others and delivering high-quality client experience
  • Honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic
  • Financial acumen and ability to learn mortgage products and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
