Job Title: Scrum Master

Department: Education Management

Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Project Management

Job Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Education Management team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value
• Track and report on team progress, including sprint velocity and release planning

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
