Athenian Grill Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY is looking for servers to join our team. We are located on 3801 Mall Road Suite 120, Lexington, KY 40507. Our ideal candidate is energetic, ambitious, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and answer questions about menu. 
• Take accurate food and drink orders, making suggestions including specials and beverages, and noting any special dietary needs. 
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order flow and support other servers as needed. 
• Promptly and professionally deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely service. 
• Clear finished courses, reset tables with utensils and condiments, and maintain the overall cleanliness and order of the dining area. 
• Issue bills and accurately process cash and credit card payments. 
• Check on guests, address any concerns, and ensure a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. 
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, specials, and drink options. 
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties as required. 

Qualifications 

• Ability to provide a friendly and welcoming experience. 
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
• The ability to remain efficient and organized in a busy restaurant setting. 
• Experience as a Server, Waitstaff or Customer Service a plus
