Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team at Kelly Volkswagen Inc! The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include transporting customers, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance. Benefits * Competitive Pay * Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental on Day 1 of Employment * 401K after 90 days * Paid Time Off * Sick Time * Vacation Time * Paid Training * Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities * Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner * Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays * Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel * Run errands for the dealership as directed * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times * Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations * Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations * Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point * Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Qualifications * High School graduate or equivalent * Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record * Good interpersonal skills * Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals * Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills * Professional appearance and work ethic * Positive outlook with a high-energy personality * Valid driver's license and clean driving record About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
